Hand bound Journal with Engraved Hamsa on Bamboo Wood Cover

Bamboo cover is engraved with a beautiful Hamsa which I designed to include symbols for the major world religions. The book mark is simple with a lamp worked glass bead made in our studio.

I wanted this journal to be fun and colorful, yet fancy enough to make its owner feel special. Sections have covers in khaki and 3 shades of green. Section covers are accentuated with contrasting Japanese Chiyogami Paper.


The journal was hand bound with green waxed linen thread.

- Cover: 1/4" bamboo engraved with Mandala
- Journal Thickness: 1 5/8" thick.
- Sections: 7 sections of Coated 75g/m2 weight sheets.
- Total page count: 364 blank cream colored pages
- Tassle with a glass lamp worked bead made in my shop
