The bamboo covers on these journals are not only stylish, but also offer a solid surface to work on, and to protect the work inside. I used Egyptian Coptic binding so that the pages of the sketchbook lay flat when open. This feature makes it easy to create your watercolors, drawings or secret musings.

To make this watercolor journal I used cold pressed watercolor paper which can be used for as a watercolor journal or mixed media journal, as you can use watercolors, gauche, graphite, colored pencils, ink or markers.

The book is bound with Irish waxed linen thread in a variety of colors (see below).

One line of text engraving is offered for free. Will not exceed 1/2" by 3"
